Your new residence is protected by Tarion. You can sign up for Tarion’s MyHome (myhome.tarion.com) upon taking ownership. MyHome is a web-based application accessible via computer or mobile device, enabling you to file warranty claims and upload supporting documentation directly to your builder and Tarion. It also notifies you of crucial dates and warranty deadlines, allows for electronic receipt of official Tarion correspondence, and facilitates scheduling inspections with Tarion when you require assistance.

As a homeowner you can:
  • Receive e-mail alerts for important dates and warranty timelines;
  • Fill out, save, and submit your warranty claim forms;
